Dr Adebogun is the Proprietor and Managing Director/CEO of Caleb Group of Schools and Caleb University, Imota, Lagos State. He is an astute educationist, a seasoned school administrator and an erudite entrepreneur of international repute. He studied at the University of Port-Harcourt and the Lagos State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration, and a Masters in Educational Management respectively. He also obtained a Ph.D (in Educational Administration and Planning) at the Bayero University, Kano. Dr. Adebogun started his career in education as a class teacher. He later worked, for several years, in public educational institutions, including the Mushin Local Educational District and Lagos Ministry of Education. He was promoted a Principal Inspector of Education in 1991 and also served for many years as a top executive of the Lagos State Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (APPS). His strong passion for quality education in Nigeria and his response to the falling standards in the sector led Dr. Adebogun into private practice. Having nurtured a vision for establishing an educational institution with strong emphasis on unmatchable academic excellence and towering moral values, Dr. Adebogun established the Caleb International School in 1986. 
After two decades of exceptional and prized achievements under Dr. Adebogun’s leadership, Caleb International School grew into a leading educational institution in Nigeria, widely recognised as Caleb Group of Schools. Currently, the schools under the group include Caleb International School (Nursery/Primary), Magodo; Caleb International College, Lekki; Caleb International College, Magodo; Caleb British International School, Lekki and and Caleb University, Imota, Lagos State. Dr Adebogun has been a passionate promoter of the project,
“Most Intelligent Student in Nigeria” due to the values this will add to our educational system in Nigeria.
